PAINTED LADIES AND LADS

 Our weather vane goose got a new coat of One Shot paint and some much needed hardware refurbishment. Here he is in the shop drying. Now he has balanced wings thanks to added weights at the tips and doesn't "clack" when his wings rotate in the wind. We also extended the rod that he is perched on above the rose arbor. Now all the neighbors can see him as well.

 The grey concrete ducks (Grace & Frankie) that turned slimey green this past winter also got some attention...several coasts of spray paint on the bodies to seal the concrete and some One Shot orange bills, feet and eyes. We even treated them to their own little cedar deck to keep them from sinking into the clay soil. Cute, eh!
